Early Bird

I’m posting a day early this week because I’m heading to the beautiful city of Denver. (Please share any and all fabulous Denver food & restaurant tips!)

I had such fun teaching the Spring Salads class at the Mississippi Market on Tuesday night, I decided to share my favorite KilKenney Kitchen spring salad recipes in one easy post for you.

These salads are tried and true, delicious, easy to make, and use ingredients readily available to you at this time of the year.  They are each healthy, filled with flavor and work beautifully in your kitchen, for your family, your friends or to bring to a party.
