I know that Memorial Day is to honor those who have died in service to our country, but with so many COVID-19 deaths this last year, I will take a moment to honor them as well.
The official start of summer this year feels much different than last year. As more and more people get vaccinated, the world creeps toward a new normal – one that, thankfully, includes more time with family and friends. I, for one, and looking forward to the laughter and lively discussion across a table of delicious homemade food this Memorial Day weekend as well.
