Grilled Chicken Kebabs
A quick marinade and short tour on the grill make these skewers a perfect summer meal.

Ingredients
8
medium
boneless, skinless chicken thighs
or chicken breasts
1/2
teaspoon
ground tumeric
1/2
teaspoon
red chile pepper
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
kosher salt
1/4
teaspoon
ground black pepper
2
tablespoons
olive oil
Instructions
Cut the chicken thighs into 1" pieces. (I love this beautiful chicken from Bar 5 Meats - find them at the Minneapolis & St. Paul Farmer's Markets)
Mix the other ingredients in a small bowl
Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 20 minutes and up to overnight
Heat the grill to medium hot and grill the kebabs until done - about 4-5 minutes per side. Let them rest for a few minutes once cooked
Serve with a simple salad and enjoy
