Gingerbread is my favorite holiday dessert. There’s something about that not-so-sweet, spicy combination that suits me. Perhaps because it reflects my personality, but that’s a whole other post!
As a woman living with celiac, I often miss “regular” baked goods. There are some really good gluten free options now, but rarely do they equal the real thing. This Gingerbread comes pretty darn close. As a bonus, the recipe is essentially the same with non-gluten free flour, so it works beautifully for everyone!
I adapted the recipe from the King Arthur Flour recipe, making for an easy delicious holiday dessert. As a bonus, your kitchen will smell lovely all day long. I hope you enjoy some Glorious Gingerbread with your family this holiday season.
