Some days, particularly in the summer, quick, easy and healthy is in order. Add in the abundance of farmer’s market vegetables, and a perfect warm weather dish is born. This week’s Quinoa Tabouli checks all the boxes and, as a bonus, is totally delicious.
I first had this Quinoa salad at my friend Patti’s farm. I loved every bite and knew you all would too. I’ve made it often since and it’s disappeared quickly overtime . I hope you and yours enjoy it as much as we do!
