A Flavorful Fourth

Happy Fourth of July weekend!  I am looking forward to spending time with family and friends this year – it feels almost “normal”

Just a quick post this week to share a fabulous Fourth of July recipe with you.  This Summer Berry Salad is a hit all around.  Start with some fresh lettuce from (KilKenney Kitchen Garden) or your local farmer’s market.

Then add some crunchy candied pecans, salty feta cheese and local summer berries and you have a winner!
