Blue Cheese Dressing
This tangy, rich and delicious dressing is perfect on a green salad, with buffalo wings or slathered on a burger. You'll be happy to have a jar of this on hand all summer.
Ingredients
- 4 oz blue cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1 tbsp White wine vinegar or white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 splash milk if needed
Instructions
- Mix the 1/3 cup sour cream, 1/3 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup mayonnaise in a bowl or large measuring cup and blend well with a fork
- Add the 1 tbsp white wine vinegar and the 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce; mix together
- Add the blue cheese to the mixture
- Gently mix the blue cheese into the dressing with a fork. Add the salt and pepper
- Mix together, taste and adjust the seasonings as needed. If the dressing is too thick for your liking, add a splash of milk, mix with the fork until it is slightly thinner.
- Place in a jar or bowl and refrigerate. We enjoy this dressing on everything from salads, to chicken wings to burgers - it's a summer staple!
