I have recently discovered the wonders of Miso – better late than never!
Miso is a fermented soybean paste and typically has a large percentage of rice as well. It’s sweet, tangy taste makes it a fabulous addition to Asian and American foods alike. Typically gluten free, you can find Miso at your favorite Asian Market and/or most large grocery stores.
