Fare-Thee-Well 2016

New Year’s Eve is upon us and between the election and the loss of so many famous, talented baby boomers, some of this year has felt like a kick in the teeth.  I, for one, am ready to turn the page.

To help you celebrate the new year , I’ve assembled my favorite appetizers to share with you.  I think these delicious delights, including the ever-popular Lemon Roasted Salmon, are perfect for every New Year’s Eve celebration from a rip roaring party to a quiet evening at home.

I have enjoyed ALL of your recipes and the endive with honey and goat cheese is a fav. I don’t eat nuts so I cut up dates. Put March 17th on your calendar for P &Y…

  2. beautiful presentation. Is the color before cooking?

    1. Yes – it looks beautiful after cooking too, just a much lighter pink.
I usually cook it and chill it before brining to a party. It’s a nice make ahead dish for home or to share with friends.
      Happy New Year!
