Super Salad Brittle

- 1 cup raw walnut pieces or pecans or almonds
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1.5 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 275 degrees
Gather your ingredients
Stir together all brittle ingredients
Spread on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper
Bake for 35 minutes rotating the pan halfway through
Remove from oven and let cool completely
Break up with your hands (try not to eat it all)
