Super Salad Brittle

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw walnut pieces or pecans or almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees
  • Gather your ingredients
  • Stir together all brittle ingredients
  • Spread on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper
  • Bake for 35 minutes rotating the pan halfway through
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely
  • Break up with your hands (try not to eat it all)
