These toasty, savory, crunchy almonds are a wonderful snack and are perfect for a party. Healthy and loaded with flavor, you'll have a hard time keeping them in the house.

Ingredients
1pound whole raw almonds
1tablespoonolive oil
1.5teaspoonchili powder
1teaspoondried rosemarychopped
1teaspoonkosher salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
Mix the chili powder, salt and dried rosemary in a small bowl
Place the almonds in a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil and mix
Add the spice mixture to the almonds, stirring as you go until the almonds are covered with the oil and the spice mixture
Spread the almonds on a baking sheet in a single layer
Bake for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and stir the almonds
Return the pan to the oven and bake until the almonds are toasty, but not burnt. This will take between 10 and 15 minutes more. Check the almonds every 5 minutes. When they are done they will be a bit darker and smell toasty and delicious!
