This pleasing Pomegranate Chicken is lovely change of pace. Tender chicken breast is simmered in a sweet & tangy pomegranate sauce with caramelized red onions and a touch of mint. Served with steamed couscous and topped with toasted almonds.  Serves 2 *GF w/quinoa instead of couscous – please indicate GF preference on the notes on your order.
