We’ll enjoy great conversation, learn tips & techniques and have a blast while we make four gorgeous and gluten free & dairy free plant-based dishes:

  • Vegetable Broth – A quick, easy and inexpensive staple that you’ll use almost every day
  • Miso Mushroom Risotto – This family favorite features tender mushrooms, Arborio rice, homemade vegetable broth and my favorite umami powerhouse – Miso
  • Captivating Chili  – You won’t miss the meat in this fall winner, The hardy and delicious chili features beautiful beans, fresh vegetables and a plant-based sour cream for that signature creaminess
  • Bountiful Bolognese – This is a plant-based version of the classic sauce that tastes just as rich and robust as the original – you’ll love it with pasta or noodles
