Mexican Chopped Side Salad (GF)

This beautiful side salad is the perfect accompaniment to Enchiladas or just a lovely lunch with some shredded chicken or cold shrimp. A bed of crisp romaine lettuce is loaded with tomatoes, radishes, black beans, mango and corn and topped with a creamy avocado dressing  – Serves 2 as a side salad
