The Southwest Jar Salad is loaded with diced chicken (or tofu), black beans, corn, tomatoes, shredded cheese & romaine lettuce with a creamy southwest ranch.  The Caprese Jar Salad features tender quinoa, mozzarella balls (or tofu) red onions, tomatoes, spinach and a balsamic vinaigrette- Each jar serves one.
