Egg Roll in a Bowl (GF/DF/V*)

This excellent Egg Roll in a Bowl is full of flavor and just plain fun. Fresh ground pork is sautéed with garlic, fresh cabbage and carrots in a delightful sauce – tastes like your favorite egg roll without a wrapper.  Served with seasoned rice and some chiles on the side if you’d like some heat!   Serves 2  *Can be made vegan with seasoned tofu instead of pork – please indicate if you’d like a vegan version in the notes on your order
