Chicken Pot Pie – The family favorite – we’ll make a regular and gluten free version

Rockin Roast Chicken– we’ll spatchcock that bird and roast it to perfection in a jiffy

Maggie’s Mashed Potatoes – As Irish as it get’s – creamy & decadent
