Autumn Chicken Sausage Bake (GF/V*)

These fabulous farmer’s market delight was a hit with my testers. Chicken apple sausage is roasted with butternut squash, potatoes, broccoli and red peppers in a zippy mustard-honey sauce. Served with a mixed greens salad and balsamic vinaigrette – Serves 2  V* – can be made vegan with plant-based sausage. Please make a note on your order if you’d like the vegan version
