The summer is in full swing and apparently, so am I. I just realized that it’s been four weeks since I’ve posted a recipe – yikes! Well, I’m back and ready to rumble as we cruise toward the Solstice on June 21st.
This week’s Shrimp Stir Fry w/Bok Choy is a terrific recipe for those busy summer evenings when you need a quick, delicious meal . The sauce is my adaptation of a recipe from Michelle Tan’s Nom Nom Paleo blog. It’s delicious with this (and any) stir fry and works beautifully on salmon or chicken for the grill as well.
I encourage you to whip up a jar of this savory sauce and have fun with it.
As we jump headlong into summer, I will be frequenting our fabulous local Farmer’s Markets. I’ll share tips, pictures and, of course, recipes as I sample the best the Twin Cities has to offer. I’ll also post a couple of KilKenney Kitchen field trips – one in July and one in August on Facebook and I’d love for you to join me.
