Holiday Favorites

The holidays are upon us and as if on cue – a big snow storm is headed our way today.  I have to say, it feels just right for the season here in the northern territories.

I’ve gathered up all my holiday favorites in one place for you this week.  Everything from a lovely Beef Tenderloin and Potato Gratin to Gingerbread and the decadent Flourless Chocolate Souffle Cake.

I’ve thrown in some terrific appetizers including Endive with Goat Cheese and Honey and the ever popular Roasted Almonds with Rosemary.  As always, each recipe is gluten free, easy to prepare and, most importantly, delicious.  Your family and guests will love you for making these wonderful holiday dishes.
