Good Gravy!

I wish you and yours a lovely Thanksgiving week. It’s my favorite holiday – fabulous food, friends, family and wonderful wine – who could ask for more? I’m sharing my two absolute favorite Thanksgiving recipes with you this week as a way to bring my kitchen to yours. First is my Great Gravy – a stress-free way to swoop into the rescue on the big day.

Next is my Citrus Cranberry Sauce. Sweet-tart and nothing like the jiggly canned version we all grew up with. It’s even better with leftovers.
