Fourth of July Faves

Happy summer!  Here in the upper midwest, it finally feels like a new season by the time we get to this holiday weekend.  I love to take full advantage of the warm weather and grill up some Fourth of July delights to share with my family and friends.  A couple of KilKenney Kitchen’s greatest hits are wonderful choices.

These Vietnamese Pork Burgers will be a huge hit at your picnic or barbecue.  Delightfully different and incredible tasty, You’ll love every bite.  The always popular Savory Rice with Ginger and Cilantro is a super side kick too.

Hit up your favorite farmer’s market for the first beautiful tomatoes of the season and make this fantastic Caprese Salad with Balsamic Glaze.

Round out your picnic with our glorious Guacamole.  So good with chips or vegetables.  I guarantee your guests will be happy all day long.
