As I’m sure you know by now, I really enjoy spending time developing recipes, prepping a cooking in my kitchen – most of the time. But, just like most of you, there are weeks when that just isn’t going to happen. It’s those times when I wish for a little divine kitchen intervention. Well – we’re in luck, because this easy, quick, delicious Greek Chicken is just that.

This sheet pan Greek Chicken comes together in a snap, is ready to eat in about 30 minutes, and makes fabulous leftovers. Double it up and you’ve got a one and done i for a weeks worth of lunches and heat-n-eat meals for you and your family. It’s a winner!
