Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
These are the perfect quick cookie. Just a few ingredients make a light, chocolaty treat
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups confectioners sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Whisk the sugar, cocoa and salt together in a bowl or large measuring cup
- Add the vanilla and egg whites one at a time and mix - you want the mix to be loose but not watery
- Add the chocolate chips to the mix
- Drop the mix on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper
- bake for 15-20 minutes until the cookies are crinkled on the top and baked all the way through. Let cool completely on the sheet pan and enjoy. The cookies can be a little crumbly, so if they fall apart - serve them on top of your favorite ice cream!
