Cape Cod Cuisine

It is me or does food taste better on vacation?  We had the wonderful opportunity to visit our friends Kathleen, Eric, Griffin and Anna Brehm on Cape Cod this week.  We were treated to four delightful days of sailing, sight seeing, talking, laughing and,of course, eating great food.  And to top it off we got to do it all with this amazing view.

Kathy and her lovely daughter Anna introduced me to a delicious new dish this week.  The three of us enjoyed making Beef Satay with Spicy Peanut Sauce in their beautiful Cape Cod kitchen. The fragrant, creamy, spicy peanut sauce takes an everyday marinated flank steak to new heights.  Perfect on vacation, for a party or at home, this one will be a regular in KilKenney Kitchen.
