Happy summer! The solstice on June 21st is one of my favorite days of the year. I love the long lingering light and the easy transition to a new season; particularly as evidenced by this fabulous find at the Minneapolis Midtown Farmer’s Market.
These beautiful greens just beg to be washed, dried and tossed into a well-dressed salad. I’m a huge fan of homemade salad dressings like this creamy Blue Cheese Dressing. Making them is quick, easy, delicious and, of course, gluten free. I will share a variety of dressings and vinaigrettes with you throughout the summer, so you will always have some great choices at the ready.
