These beautiful Ball Jar Salads are the perfect grab & go meal – just shake and eat. The Southwest Jar Salad is loaded with diced chicken (or tofu), black beans, corn, tomatoes, shredded cheese & romaine lettuce with a creamy southwest ranch.  The Ranch Jar Salad features tender quinoa, steamed green beans, tomatoes, diced chicken and sweet peppers in a homemade buttermilk ranch dressing – Each jar serves one.
