Back in the Kitchen…. I love it when I happen onto a trifecta dish – one that everyone loves, works with a variety of meals and creates lovely leftovers.  It’s a double bonus when it looks beautiful too.  These Balsamic Roasted Red Onions are just the ticket.

Vibrant and Versatile

I made a big batch of Balsamic Roasted Red Onions for Thanksgiving and was amazed at how much everyone, adults and teens alike, enjoyed them.  We ate the leftovers all week on sandwiches, quinoa bowls, salads and straight out of the jar.  A fantastic addition to any kitchen repertoire.  I hope you grab some pretty red onions this week and try them too.  You won’t be sorry!
