These are the perfect quick cookie. Just a few ingredients make a light, chocolaty treat

Ingredients
1.5cupsconfectioners sugar
1/3cupunsweetened cocoa
1pinch kosher salt
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2large egg whites
1/2cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Whisk the sugar, cocoa and salt together in a bowl or large measuring cup
Add the vanilla and egg whites one at a time and mix - you want the mix to be loose but not watery
Add the chocolate chips to the mix
Drop the mix on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper
bake for 15-20 minutes until the cookies are crinkled on the top and baked all the way through. Let cool completely on the sheet pan and enjoy. The cookies can be a little crumbly, so if they fall apart - serve them on top of your favorite ice cream!
