Ingredients
1teaspoonsdijon mustard
1large lemonsqueezed
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1teaspoonhoney
2clovesgarlic
1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
1pinchkosher salt
1pinchground back pepper
10leavesfresh basilor 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
grab your fresh basil (or dried basil) - This is the Thai Basil I have growing in my garden this year. Lovely flavor.
Give the basil a chop - and enjoy that lovely aroma!
Grab some honey - I love this local MN honey I found at Costco of all places - very bee friendly
Give the lemon a squeeze - another great smell
Add all the ingredients into a blender
Give it a whirl - until well blended
Taste and adjust the seasonings
