Ingredients
11.5-2 poundwild caught salmon filet
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
2-3sprigs fresh thymeor 1 teaspoon dried thyme
1large lemonjuiced
Instructions
Preheat the grill (or Traeger, in my case) to medium-high heat. I love the smoky flavor the Traeger imparts to the salmon, but a gas or charcoal grill works great too.
Place the salmon filet on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Brush with the olive oil and grab your fresh thyme (or dried thyme)
Strip the thyme leaves of the stalks and sprinkle on the salmon
Place the salmon filet on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes - until it's firm to the touch
Let the salmon rest for 5-10 minutes and sprinkle with the lemon juice
Serve with your favorite fresh vegetable and enjoy!
