4-6largefresh tomatoesheirloom if possible
2tablespoonsextra virginthe good stuff
1tablespoonbalsamic vinegarAged & syrupy if possible
8largebasil leavessliced thin
1pinchsea saltor kosher salt
Instructions
Grab the burrata (a creamy version of fresh mozzarella - sheer perfection)
Cut the pieces of burrata in half and place them down the center of a platter
Admire your farm fresh tomatoes - these were from a local farmer at the Minneapolis Farmer's Market this week
Cut the tomatoes in quarters and arrange on the platter with the cheese - so pretty!
Drizzle the salad with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar - this is the time for the best of both
