The Green, Green Greens of Home

I had a fabulous trip to Germany and Austria last week!  I will share my adventures as a Celiac Traveler and all my favorite food finds with you next week.  Thank you to those of you who followed along on Instagram and Facebook, it was fun to hear your comments throughout the trip.

It’s always nice to be home, though.  There is something about my own shower, bed and clean PJ’s (flannel, of course!) that can’t be beat. Oh, and of course, my family!

As I often find when I travel, I was a quart low on greens when I got home, and couldn’t wait to remedy the situation with the last of the greens from KilKenney Kitchen garden.

Nothing hits the spot like these Pressure Cooker Sautéed Greens.  A fast, easy and delicious fix to any greens emergency.  I confess to eating a big bowl of them right out of the pressure cooker, but usually I serve them with grilled chicken, quinoa or brown rice for a satisfying meal.
