  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. If you have a convection option, I recommend using it as it cooks a little more evenly.
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets and place in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, kosher salt and ground black pepper. Mix to be sure all the florets have a light coating
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the broccoli florets on the pan. If you don't have parchment paper, just spread them on the pan. Be sure to leave room between the florets so they can roast. The Kitchen owl is watching!
  4. Roast the broccoli until it's crisp-tender and toasty - between 10 and 12 minutes. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt (or kosher salt) while it's hot out of the oven
  5. Serve with your favorite meat, fish or vegetarian dish. Keep it away from your kids if you hope to have any left for dinner!
