The winds are blowing, the temperatures are dropping and early darkness has descended on the land. It’s gonna be a long season. One of my favorite ways to battle the winter blues is to get busy in the Kitchen and create a little warmth.
This week, at the St. Paul Farmer’s Market, these gorgeous tiny Thai Chiles caught my eye. One nibble and I knew they could bring some heat!
This Spicy Pork Stir Fry with Rice Noodles was a perfect vehicle for the Thai Chiles and a lovely weeknight dish. The recipe is delicious, quick and easy to adjust to your family’s heat index. Add a few more to ratchet it up or leave them out all together for a mild, flavorful version. I hope it brings some warmth to you and your family this week.
